We offer three different cylinderhead modifications:
A Torque type, maximum torque at low revs, mostly monster and touring, sport touring guys.
B Wide band; street-race, stock valve guides length.
Best compromise between power and reliability.
C Full race! With shortened valve guides and smaller valve seat surfaces. Best power but needs much more valve adjusting!

We grind the rocker arms after hardchroming again!
The grinding surface is across to the run direction, to avoid that the oil runs off. In this grinding surface the
oil film stays perfectly for the lubrication of cam and rocker arm, because it lies crosswise to the rotation direction! After the reworking the levers look differently than the original. The surface differs from the original! This belongs to the reworking!

| Headporting 1000/1100 cc engines 2 V, pair
Cylinder head optimization for the models SS i.e., Monster, Multistrada, Sport Classic and Hypermotard. The heads will be provided with new valve guides from aluminum special bronze, new valves (inlet 47mm, exhaust 41mm) with chromium plated shanks and worked on channels. The channels are always worked on after newest realizations. The valve seat outline is always profile-milled on the appropriate valve, so that high flow remain ensured with greatest possible flow velocity. The heads are returned ready adjusted. Price per set (both heads) inclusive material.

| Headporting 4V Desmoquattro street race pair
A specialty from us is headporting in all variations with actuall development from gasflow and gasspeed. We discus the wishes from our customer and prepare afterwords the cylinderheads to his requirements.
All heads are delivered back with new valves, new valve seat grinding,
inlet-exhaust porting and new valve adjustment. The price is over all with gaskets, seals, valve shims and new half rings.

| Headporting Testa Stretta 749/996R/998/999/Bi/S/R
Testa Stretta headporting increases the intake flowvolume at 3000 rpm with 16 %, at 6000 rpm 21 %, at 10000 rpm 22 % more intake. This is nearly equal at all testa stretta engine types, also 749 R and 999 R are mostly the same increases.
We work on heads in co-operation with the customer and can direct the
intake increase like his engine caracter wishes.
We have so much experience with that, that we can optimize in low and midrange more or for race use in high rpms more intake volume.
Heads could be send seperatly and go back to customer with complete new adjustment directly fittable.

| Headporting 996R/998/999 Bi/S/R Testastretta
Headporting to 42-33mm valves (stock valves 40-33).Power icrease 5-8 HP and 5-10 Nm depending on the modell version.Including all necessary parts and adjustings.New valve guides and new seat grinding also included. Price for both heads.
The dyno charts show the results on a 998 R from 2003 with a 60mm Termignoni race exhaust system and appropriate adjustings with a power commander:
