Overall Impression Hallo Rüdiger, ich war Teilnehmer bei den Speeddays am Red Bull Ring. Pantha mit 750 ss Motor. Bild angehängt. Ich besuchte euch in eurer Box und war sehr beeindruckt von der Leistung des Teams. Die Demon V 2 beeindruckte mich mit dem enormen Leistungsgewicht. Wird für mich wegen des Preises vermutlich beim Traum bleiben. Gratulation zu dem Motorrad !. Ich habe folgende Frage an den Ducati Spezialisten : Soll ich bei meinem 750 ss Zahnriemen Motor wegen mehr Leistung auf die Hilfsfedern bei den Schließern verzichten ?. Overall Impression comments to second race 2011 : Had second race Sunday past so am waiting for new pics. Will send to you when i get them. Getting used to the bike now and riding nicely. Another bad start off the line and then went so much faster and starting picking them off one by one. Then reached the top 5. All bunched up going down the straight and no way past. We come to the chicane and i can\'t see (too many bikes in front), miss my apex and go offroading through the gravel. Held on to the bike but lost a lot of time. Worked all back again but it was too late. I love this bike. It makes riding soooo easy. And i love the tyre profiles. Still struggling to find similar profiles here. Overall Impression Hi Rudiger Results of first race - placed 5 (out of 23) Had a bad qualifying and bad start but fought back (was almost last going into turn 1). Overall Impression Hi Rudiger Great news. The new slipper works great for starting the bike. Had it on the track now and my times were within 1 second of what my fastest times were with the 999R! And i\'m still getting used to it. Still struggling a bit with the clutch pack thickness. Can\'t seem to launch the bike. Slip, slip then grab. I\'ll see if i can work it out else i will order a new clutch pack from you. Clutch pull is very light as well. I want to send the Suter to you. Can you please confirm the mailing address i should use and who i should address it to. How are the other 2 demons u are building coming on? A couple of suggestions for them; 1) maybe use steel bolts for the bracket on the steering column. The lightweight ones were too short and actually couldn\'t take the weight and vibration. 2) if u can, maybe try and give more clearance for the steering lock. The real fueltank prevents from decreasing turning circle. 3) maybe consider using the GPS laptimer then no need for beacons. It is a great bike. Thanks so much for building it. First race in 2 weeks. Can\'t wait. Plan to go faster and faster. Takes getting used to braking so late. I will send you more pics when i get them. Promise these will be carrying more corner speed. Overall Impression Hallo Rüdiger, Ich werd mir das Ganze mal in Ruhe überlegen. Der Winter kommt ja eigentlich erst. Und mit dem Winter auch die Zeit wo wir sowieso nicht gross fahren können. Weiss echt noch nicht was ich machen werde (überleg schon die ganze Zeit auf und ab). Die 916 verkauf ich wenn möglich, das hat einfach keinen Sinn dort noch viel zu investieren. Falls für mich so ein Bausatz in Frage käme oder ich andere Teile brauche meld ich mich einfach wieder. Übrigens noch Gratulation zum Bericht über eure Demon in der FastBike! ;-).
