Pistal Racing pistons are forged from a special alloy which is lighter and more torsionally stiff than regular materials. The alloy Pistal uses for the pistons is also used in Formular 1. Worldwide Pistal Racing is a symbol of excellent quality and technological improvement. These pistons are made in a special way, slowly, hydraulic "warm-flow-swage" under isothermic controll! Because of the constantly temperature and the very high pressure in this production process the piston blanks are high-strenght with a very good "fiber orientation". The pistons will be finished with some 4- or 5 axes high speed CNC machines. During this time consuming production process there are also a lot of quality controlls that only the best pistons will leave the manufacture.
