A collection of our rebuildings from 2V engine bikes.


Started with the Demon Evo I, with following rebuildings:
Classic race fairing, 999 framework, adjustable steering head, Marvic Penta magnesium wheels, FG 43 Öhlins front fork fully adjustable, Öhlins rear damper fully adjustable, changed shock strut linking similar 749R, Brembo brake system, 999R swingarm, also exhibits the Demon by 138 Kg, 112 PS.


Forward with the Multistrada rebuild, with a complete new optic and engine tuning, here a shedule with the new features:
Kellermann indicators front and back, Kellermann license plate support and light, Front fairing and headlights from Road Racing, Fuel tank is changed inthe front and on the sides, Carbon rear wheel cover, Carbon clutch cover special, Aluminium Monster handlebar, Rizoma mirrors, Small LED tail light, Power Commander, Red Top Racing battery, Aluminium frame plugs, Rear seat cover from Ducati, all parts black/white painted, Main wiring harness changed, Made several aluminium brackets, Carbon ignition lock cover, Oil cooler changed, K & N air filter aso. The engine got a 1078cc Big Bore Kit and 47mm intake and 41mm exhaust valves. All is set up with a Power Commander. In other words you got Much fun with this bike.


The third one, the Bimota rebuild. At this bike, to refer with engine tuning. among Headporting, get it new Pistal HC race pistons, racing camshafts, a new light flywheel, a new adjusted MWR air filter and a power commander. For a perfect set up, became the bike finely adjusted at the test stand.


and before last, the Pierobon F042 tuning for Xavier Baldet, we started with a 47-41 headporting in combination with NCR camshafts.
The cylinders were replated and honed and 98mm Pistal HC race pistons were mounted.
Carrillo conrods were mounted and the crank was fine balanced. Of course one of our light flywheels was mounted.
Adjusted was the bike on our dyno with a Nemesis ECU, the cusomer already had, and we combinated it with a Nemesis Quick shifter to improve the handling and lap times.


And the last one, the Demon Evo II, after some years with nice evolutions, tests aso. did we started up with the new lightweight construction Demon Evo II, a new multiflexible frame 6,8 kg, regular 749/999 frame weight is 13,8Kg, so we saved 7Kg... Also new features, BST Carbon wheels, Carbon handle bars, Carbon + Magnesium parts all over, most parts also lightened by handmade, ergal swing axle, Öhlins front fork + rear suspension, 300mm brake discs, Brembo radial calipers, Carbon seat + fairing, a.s.o. Engine: 125 hp, Titanium valves 47-41mm, 1200 ccm, race cams, Titanium rods, lightened balanced crank, big oil radiator, lightened gearbox, light fly wheel, Magnesium engine cover. aso... the weight lies now by 125 Kg, with 125 PS.
