Garage report Cagiva Elefant transforming

Transforming:

We transformed a Cagiva Elefant from an Austrian customer from 900ccm to a 1000ccm engine. As you know the HP level of the old 900ccm engine is really less in case of low compression ratio and "soft" cams and very small valve diameters.

The exhaust has to be made with bigger tube diameters, the M1.6 ECU has to be remapped for double ignition and new fuel map for the 1000ccm engine.

The customer is now very happy, because he can follow his wife on a 1000 Monster without any problems...
