Garage report Ducati Monster S2R 800 Big Bore

Our customer from Norway give us his Monster S2R for tuning. On the basis of our basic measurement of 81HP and 80.9Nm we did following modifications:


Headporting with 44mm intake and 38mm exhaus valves, as well the heads got fitted camshafts. A 90mm big bore kit with 844ccm tops the packet of. Also the crankshaft was modificated and balanced, Carrillo rod were mounted. A light flywheel helped the engine to crank up easyer.


The bike was adjusted on our Dyno with help of a Power Commander III.

  After the customer finished his testride, he cant stop smiling and he is verry happy with his "new" bike.
