Rebuild a 1100 engine in a 748 case

Our Customer Jörn from Hamburg, would rebuild his 2V engine to a great Race - bike, that we start to attempt and finished with bravery.


In this article you can see, how we build an 1100 engine in a 748 case.


Beside we have to extend the level - admission, as well must be adjusted diverse parts, like oil - pump and etc. Therewith everything fits.




Also get the engine following new Features:

• Headporting on 47 - 41 mm  
• 98 mm Big Bore - kit on 1078 ccm
• cam timing micro - adjusting
• Ducati Performance camshafts
• squeeze fine adjusting 
• crankshaft fine balancing
• and Carillo conrods

For a perfect set up, became the Bike an finely adjusting at our test stand, helps by Eprom.  


With this Bike, Jörn won the Championship of Supertwins.
