Here an other little report of some modifications from our workshop. This Sport Classic from our customer got a nice Street Race tuning with some optical changes to round out the package.

To get the power into the engine we used some of our well known tuning modifications!

Cylinder heads ported with 47mm intake and 41mm exhaust valves , oem camshafts were changed to performance camshafts. Also we raised the engine capacity to 1078ccm with the ø98mm Big Bore kit with Pistal Racing pistons . Of course cam timings  and squeeze edge were micro adjusted!

For a good cooling we used a NCR and a 1198 oil radiator, also the oil circuit was changed a bit and now the oil goes directly from the radiators to the cylinder heads (feeded through Kaemna cam covers).

The adjustement was done on our P4 Ammerschläger dyno stand and a Ignijet ECU . With this ECU`s we got best results since a long time. On this tuning there was also an other reason for using the Ignijet ECU, the OEM dashboard was replaced by a Motogadget dashboard and also all handlebar switches were replace by Motogadget Mini switches. On that reason we had to do a lot of modifications on the OEM wiring which were not possible with the original ECU, but with Ignijet no problem!

After having the power and the good looking of the bike we took care on the chassis, rear shocks were replaced by special made Öhlins ones, front fork got an individuall setup customized for the owner of this bike and a Öhlins steering damper was mounted. For the finish the wheels were changed for a set of polished aluminium Borrani M-Ray 6 rims.

Result:

111Hp, 114Nm and a very nice chassis in a good looking bike, but most important... happy customer with a bike exactly like he wished for!
