Here now an example of a Aprilia RSV mille 2001-02-03 used on race tracks.
The motorcycle is equipped with the performance level up to 142-144 hp and has 145 hp at the gear box exit. The chassis is a 2001 Mille R with an Racing fairing supprt and a stack round instrument. Further a glassfibre/carbon fairing with integrated belly pan. The engine has increased compression, headporting, adapted valve timing, an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, an EVR carbon air box with more volume, 2-2 Akrapovic exhaust system and the pertinent test stand tuning.

For all 1000cc models and years the is the very best tuning. The achievement is fullly increased over the whole range. The Big Bore kit results in a torque increase of approx. 15 Nmtr. and 10 HP!! Depending upon model and used exhaust system. As example here two diagrams of a 2006 RSV Mille with evenly this Big Bore kit, Akrapovic 2 in 2 Race exhaust system and 57mm throttle body.
