Right now we build modified 58mm versions from the standard 54mm injection bodys.
The housing is up-spindled with the turning lathe and worked on accordingly in the taper. All transitions are carefully worked over again by hand and flexible wave.
Also the 58mm flaps we make by ourselves. They are adapted to the housing individually for 0,01mm and examined 100%.
These works requires an absolute accuracy and care! Smallest differences could have fatal consequences!
We manufactured the sample for the funnel and developed the behavior on the Flowbench. But several times the inlet radius, length and taper changed up to the final prototype.
