Here a small overview of our Demon Bikes. Aspiration of the Demon bikes was to build a classic, slim race bike with less weight and and an easy handling. A real pleasure-bike wich gives a maximum of fun while riding. We choose the 2 valve Ducati engine because it is not so complex like a 4 valve engine and for laypeople easy to handle. Less service intervalls and cheaper. And a 2 valve big bore engine has his onw great character. No one complains about missing power. But also 4 valve engines fits to our Demon frame without any problems. With the Demon frame everything is possible, you can build in a 750SS engine up to 1198 engine, every engine fit! This great frame concept in combination with a 2 valve engine was developed with Agoston Rosivall (World Endurance), Frank Schüller (many-times BOT championship) and Lex van Dijk (famous racer from Netherland with 20 years of racing experience! Meanwhile we offer three different versions of the Demon race bike, and also self build kits.

The Demon EVO/R is the lightest version of the Demon EVO-Series with 125HP and a weight of 125Kg.

Like we alreadsy told, you can get Demon & Demon EVO frame kits to build your own racer. The delivery of a Demon EVO kit contents a 6,8Kg light Chrom Moly(25CrMo4) frame, a set CNC mashined alloy rear frame support, a swing arm with alloy swing center axle, a aluminium fuel tank, a compete exhaust system, a fairing support, a fuel tank cover, a self supporting rear seat and a fairing. All fairing parts are available in glass fiber and carbon.



The Demon EVO chassis-kit, of course also available with carbon fairing and carbon seat.

Of course all of our Demon parts are as single part available. For us it is very important to have alway enough Demon parts in stock, than unfortunately in races you can crash and things break and we don't want you to wait a long time for spares.

Demon EVO Special Bikes


This brilliant frame and bike concept developed in 3 years with different riders:

    after 3 years testing and development ...... and 18 races , with 12 times 1 st place and NO tecnical failiare !!!! we developed also a bit more demon new air cooled 2 valve project, see som pictures from assen presentation. new multiflexible frame 6,8 kg , 2-and 4 valve , from 750ss to 1098R all possible, from old style 750ss double sided swing arm ,to latest 848-1198 mono swing arm also all possible. just changing the sideplates and triangle above and install another engine,or swing arm type.....or,or,or ..... most parts are ready , rear end is wrong (only for show), is under development , angle and lengh ,aso. is wrong , will be made special . > > > reagrds rüdiger 125 kg-125 HP ago rosivall started with the prototyp demon 1100 with 1.32 !!!! in oschersleben !!!.... it was (in theory from Laptimes)the 2 second start position in "sound of thunder" where only biggest 4 Valves bikes 1098Rss aso. are starting. in pannonia he goes 2.01 with this bike , it was in "open biggest category" there in theory 4 th place start position in 2008,speed week. both races he won with great distance to the second ,more the 30 seconds....he kept it cool ,more was not nessasary to show..... Lex van dyck goes two times 7 th place in biggest class "sound of Thunder" in assen Clubrace 08 !!! here old demon text ,where we started up in 2007: Ducati Kämna Demon 2 V Last winter we decided to develop a new Ducati 2V project bike. Our partner in Denmark, the Italian Bike Store/Haasum MC, had the same idea and so we started with the design in october 2006 for two bikes; one for Haasum and one for us. We thought that it would be a nice idea not to go for a classic design, different to all the other newer bikes. We concentrated on a new center weight with more front load on the wheel. So at last we fitted the fuel tank into the center of the chassis, directly under the stearing head. So deep, and as far ahead as possible. The result is a perfect weight balance. The season before we raced an equal bike with the Testastretta engine and built a special exhaust system for this bike. The same exhaust is now used again with the 2V engine. The special thing on this exhaust system is that the tube length are absolutely identical. One tube is placed under the the seat and the other under the engine. That means also a very good weight balance. The temperature of the vertical cylinder made us some headaches but we have found out a wonderful optical and technical solution with using a half fairing. The air stream from the side panels is cooling down the heat. It is very surprising that after one year of continuous measurement the vertical cylinder is 10 degrees cooler than the horizontal. We run the bike with a 50mm throttle body and an Ignijet fuel injection system. This system is fully programmable and very flexible. The cylinder heads are equipped with self designed camshafts and 47mm intake and 41mm exhaust valves. Standard sizes are 45mm and 40mm. Bore size of the cylinders is 98mm which means 1078 cc. The bike has 112 HP and 110 Newton meters. The total weight is 138 Kg! These motorcycles were in the 2007 season very successful. Our danish partner joined the Sound of Thunder class at the Ducati Club Race at Assen/Netherlands and reached two 13th places. A brilliant result when you know that all the bikes in front have 140-160 HP! We started racing our Demon at first at the Festival Italia in Oschersleben/Germany. Italian Bike Store also and they got 1st and we 2nd. At the Biketoberfest in Oschersleben/Germany we got 2nd again. Laptimes in Assen are 1.52 minutes and in Oschersleben between 1.35 and 1.36 minutes. So consistently successful and very fast for a 2 valve motorbike in the first year. We will continue…

We build this bike as projekt ,one year before Ducati came with the Hyper. The standart Multi is .....a bit boring i would say , so we started to strip it a bit and also a bit ponies into engine ,to have more or less a fun bike for country roads . excactly that was it what afterwords appeared ........... fun all over ! 900 SS Bevel Replica excaMPLE

The vehicle was build up new in 1993 and has been driven 8500 km since then. The assembling was done with a chrome moly frame, new progressive forks, FAC dampers, aluminium 2,50 x 3,0 V2A spokes, open frametriangle, classical Ochsenaugen/bull eyes. All in all it was done in a very clear way of an SS ideal. Comes with Contis + open Ø 40mm Dellortos. Original Veglia Cockpit completely installed. The engine has been edited in the same extensive manner. Carrillo conrods with new bearings, 88mm Nicasil coated cylinders, 904cc, 42mm inlet and 38mm exhaust valves, unleaded fuel, special 5th gear wheel, revised oilpump, Headporting, Surflex clutch, finebalanced crank, and so on. The bike had in this time only one owner!
